Irrigation Repair & Pump Services

Includes a full system walk-through. We begin by evaluating the number of zones at the controller, checking the electrical connections, and looking at your controller's watering schedule. We run a two-minute test cycle for each zone to evaluate head spacing, nozzle coverage, and to check for leaks. We record any inefficiencies in our report along with recommended actions and products to remedy your issues. This does not include the cost of parts. We move on to the pump controller and check pump windings and the insulation of the wire with a megohmmeter. Any filters shall be cleaned and reinstalled. We check pressure switches and pressure tanks for proper operation and check for burnt contact points or signs of waterlogging. A detailed report is generated with actions and products to get your system running again. We service Lake Austin, Lake Travis, and all tributaries where pumps are allowed.

This valve brings down the pressure to usable levels before the water reaches any valves or emission devices on the irrigation system. Rebates available from Austin Water.

 Pressure-relief valves are designed to protect an irrigation system from over-pressurization and are mounted off a tee near a pump. If there is a surge in the system or over-pressurization, these valves quickly open and discharge water into the atmosphere.

Filtration occurs when water passes between the rings, as any particulate above the size threshold is stopped by the rings. Easy to service and excellent at screening algae and particulate from surface water sources. Available in a variety of mesh sizes.

For low quality wells with a high TDS, these are a must have. The system spins the raw water at high velocities, causing sand and other high-load particulate matter to separate from the water. Available in a variety of sizes.

One of the oldest filtration methods, screen filtration uses a metal mesh or a series of meshes to separate particulate matter from water. Most commonly used in drip zones with a pressure regulator and are available in different flow rates and screen mesh configurations.
